Shipping & Returns
How fast is the shipping & fulfillment?
You will receive an email that contains tracking information once your item(s) have been shipped – please allow a couple days for processing. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 15 days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
In some cases, backorders do occur which can delay the process. Our goal is always to ship it out to you as soon as possible. You can expect to receive a notification that your order has been packed within 5 business days. !
Free 5 days Return
If you are not 100% satisfied (defective/damaged/wrong item) with your purchase, you can return it for free and get a full refund. Just make sure to contact us within 5 days from the day your order is delivered, and ensure that the item is in its original packaging, unworn and in the same condition you received it. If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees incurred. If the order is shipped by us the order cannot be cancelled unless it is defective, damaged, or it was the wrong item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To return the item
1. Contact Customer Support
2. An email will be sent containing a pre-paid shipping label for you to print and attach to the package. A pick-up will be scheduled by one of our courier services.
3. Pack the item in its original state and packaging. Do not remove any bar code or labels on the box. Hand over the package to the courier representative.
4. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.
Guaranteed Money Back Policy
a. If you received a damaged/defective/wrong product from Ubuy, it is our responsibility and we will refund the complete amount of your order along with shipping fees.
b. If you would like to cancel your order for any personal reasons, in that case:
i. If the shipment has been created from the seller : shipping fees will not be refunded.
ii. If the shipment has not been created from the seller : shipping fees will be refunded.
iii. In case, If your order has been reached at Courier company then there is no way to cancelation of your order as there would be totally automatic process so they can not cancel/return any parcel.
Return Policy
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
- Credit Card
Upon request, we can organise a refund to your credit card statement. This process takes around 10 - 14 working days from the date of your order cancellation.
- Paypal
Upon request, we can organize a refund to your Paypal account. This process takes 2 working days from the date of your order
